No. Projects typically run on a 50% deposit to begin and 50% on completion before final files are handed over. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Larger Summit builds can be split into milestone payments.
A Foothill landing page is usually 1–2 weeks. A Ridge site runs 3–5 weeks, and a Summit flagship 6–10 weeks depending on scope. Timelines are confirmed in writing at the Survey stage so there are no surprises.
Your site is hand-coded for speed and security rather than built on a bulky template platform — so there's no clunky dashboard to wrestle with. When something needs changing — new photos, copy, prices — you send it over and we handle it, usually within a day or two.
